I do all of my work digitally, and intend to keep it that way.I draw a large variety of things but I mostly focus on humanoids, I draw furry/anthro art as well as art of people and mostly my own characters.Some of my interests include insects (and species similar), mycology, art of course, fantasy, anime, video games, etcetera.I also really like writing!! specifically I like to write lore, for my OC's. Additional Characters

80% + Base Price

If you would like to add another (or more) character(s) to your commission this will be more labor for me and thus a fee will be applied. This fee only applies if both characters are within the same artwork (for example, two characters hugging) and not if you ordered two separate commissions of two separate characters.The fee would be 80% + the base price of the commission. For example if you bought a Bust, Lines only which has a base price of $15.00, this will be 80% more, which will be $12.00 more. So the end price will be $27.00.

Additional Props

0% to 80% + Base Price

Props can also equate to more labor though it HIGHLY depends on the size and complexity of the prop. For example something small like a pencil or a pen will cost nothing extra, but something like an instrument like a cello, which is very complicated for me to draw.The fee can be anywhere from 0% to 80% + the base price of the commission. If you were to, get, lets say that cello, this would be maybe around 70%. If you got a full with lines only that has a base price of $45.00 the cello may cost you $31.50 extra.

Complexity Fee

Some characters are very complex for me to draw, like characters with alot of small details, complicated outfits, armor, robots, etc which might be very labor intusive and might end up costing more. I will discuss this with the commissioner to see if you would like me to change things around such as an outfit to a more casual one to avoid this fee, otherwise, it will cost extra.The fee can be any ammount I decide on + the base price of the commission. The same equation as before. I don't typically measure this by percentage (I used to) instead by $.

MAJOR CHANGE FEE

I'm pretty lenient when it comes to modifying my work when it comes to smaller things but whenever it comes to major changes I may feel inclined to charge for said change.When it comes to major changes on a commission I will be inclined to charge to fix them, especially last minute changes. There are various points where I ask if changes are needed and if I am given the clear for all of them then I will naturally assume that the commission will not need changes after. If you request changes (most particularly to the lineart or rendering) at the very end, I will likely charge you a fee to fix them.

DEADLINE FEE

VARIABLE, $25.00 - $90.00

I allow deadline commissions however they will cost a determinate price of around $25.00 to $90.00 depending on how close of a deadline it is, if I will need to work on the commission on my unavailable days, etc.TIME FRAMES I WILL ACCEPT:
The minimum time crunches I will allow depends on the complexity of the commission itself. I will let you know if I will be willing to accept it or not. The typical rates are as follows:
1 week out is the minimum allowed for bust commissions
2 weeks out is the minimum allowed for half body and fullbody commissions
1 month out is the mimimum allowed for any commissions including multiple characters, backgrounds, ref sheets, etc.
2 months out is the mimimum allowed for custom commissions.

CANCELLATION FEE

30% - 15% of commission price

Depending on how many commissions a client has ordered will slowly lower the amount of cancellation fees. The rates are as shown below:First time commissioners will be charged the full 30% fee
Second time commissioners will be charged a 25% fee
Third time commissioners will be charged a 20% fee
Fourth time commissioners and beyond will be charged a 15% feeClient loyalty is something that is highly appreciated by me, so returning clients will be rewarded as such for being returning clients.IMPORTANT: Those who purchase multiple commissions at a time will not have each seperate commission counted as their first, second, or third commissions.
If a client who has never ordered a commission from me before orders three commissions from me in one conversation, all three will be counted as their "first commissions" and will be charged the full 30% for each commission if they are all cancelled.
There must be at least a one week difference between each commission ordered in order for it to count as a "second" commission.The lowest minimum price that will be charged for cancellation is 15%.

BACKGROUND FEE

STARTING AT $50.00

As I become more comfortable with drawing backgrounds for commissions I now offer an option for you to request one in your commission.This price is variable but the starting rate is $50.00. The price of this may go up depending on how many props or details are within the scene, or if I have to draw complicated scenery like beach/water or nature for example.

REFERENCE SHEET PRICES

REF SHEET RATES:

One of my available services are creating ref sheets for characters! Typically my standard ref sheets will include:

  1. A front, full body view

  2. A back full body view

  3. Nude (doll or NSFW) + Clothed fullbody references

  4. A bust on the right/left side of the ref sheet to show detail of a character's face, including some info underneath it.

My starting rates for these reference sheets are $150.00. This price may raise depending on certain conditions.

DISCLAIMER

All of my ref sheets will atleast include a nude fullbody front+back reference and a bust. These are also, by default not rendered as ref sheets should not be rendered in order to make it easier for future artists to recognize the colors and design of a character. I will also include a color palette somewhere on the ref sheet.The only detail I would willingly change about this agreement is allowing clients to opt-out of the bust which will only lower the price by -$15.00, otherwise the other details are required.
This is mostly for my own ease so I can keep things simple.Please remember aswell:
I will not draw a character completely from scratch without any sort of visual references; if you are wanting me to take the brunt of the designing process on your behalf this will no longer be a ref sheet commission and will instead be a custom commission, in which I will direct you to view my custom options instead.. I do not make ref sheets based off of 'general vibes' of a character, or off of mood boards or anything of that sort. I will consider this a custom and will charge you accordingly.

POSSIBLE ADD-ONS

Cel Shading

+$20 for each individual reference.

Artistically, I advise against cel shading any reference sheet, but the option is open for those who want it. I will provide you both a cel-shaded and un-shaded version of the ref sheet, please try to send the un-shaded version to any artists you commission.

Additional outfits

+$50.00 starting for front + back.

Depending on the complexity of the additional outfit this price will raise or lower, but has a flat rate of +$50.00 at the moment.

Hands/Mouth/Small Sections

+$15 starting for each individual reference.

This is for references for isolated areas such as the hands, mouth, eyes, or specific areas of the body. This price may increase with the complexity of those areas, and will be discussed with you further.The example on the right would be an isolated reference of the back of the head/back, to show the detail of the markings on the back. This reference would actually cost quite a bit more at +$25.00 but serves as an example.

BUST Turnarounds

+$70.00 starting rate.

Turnarounds are also an option I provide. Typically they will include a left, front, and right view, but for +$95.00 instead of $70.00, can include a back view as well.These turnarounds will also be unrendered, but can be rendered for an additional +$50.00

what does a custom include?

All customs have the option to be clothed and unclothed. This is, again optional and depending on the specifics it can cost more. However if the nude body of the custom is not particularly detailed (i.e. an unscarred human) it will not cost me any extra to remove the clothes as I already usually draw a character's naked body then add the clothes on after as a part of my process, though if the character is complex it will still cost extra of course and if I am meant to draw both clothing and complex markings on the body this will indeed raise the price.Clothing does not cost extra unless its extremely complicated, depending on the design, complicated fur can cost more as well though it's unlikely I would charge more for fur pattern. Once again if there is an alternative version included with/without clothes, and the skin/fur is very complicated and I will be made to draw clothes on top, I will consider this complexity and charge more.Additionally I am comfortable making NSFW versions as well which can cost a bit more too. If the reference includes artistic nudity (non-sexual content i.e. flaccid male genitalia, non-aroused female genitalia) then it will not cost extra, but if the content includes sexual material it will cost +$25.00 per my nsfw terms and conditions.Other versions of the custom such as an alternative form can cost up to double or even more. It depends alot on the design of the alternative form, for example if I were to design you a werewolf character and also include a version where it has either the human form or the werewolf form, and the anatomy requires me to draw an entirely new body for the character with completely different features this will make the custom now cost $400.00 as I am basically drawing an entirely new character.
However, if the alternative form is just some simple changes, like a "demonic form" for example where it just adds horns, wings and black eyes or something, it will only cost something like $30.00 extra.Please keep this all in mind before ordering your custom!

Cel shading will cost +$50.00 extra on top of the base rate.This price does not generally change depending on complexity or what have you, it will stay the same consistently.

Tattoo References

this can cost anywhere from $10.00 to $100.00, it depends on how big and detailed the tattoo is.I refuse to copy the work of pre-existing tattoo artists' designs. I allow submitting pre existing designs as a REFERENCE, but I will make strides to change it so that it is mostly original, out of respect for the tattooer who designed the tattoo. Or I can make one entirely new with the description provided.

For every NSFW piece I charge +$25.00 to produce it. This price will not change and will be a flat rate.Whenever it comes pricing for specific content, it will cost the same as my regular commissions. For example if you want two characters cel shaded, it will be the normal rate of $95 + 80%, plus the additional +$25.00 NSFW Fee.There are certain things that I personally qualify as NSFW that will warrent this fee, such as:

Pre-paid commissions will not take priority over others, and you will still be worked through the list per usual as I do not typically accept pre-paid payment unless a client cannot pay any other way, and this will not be used to make an exception for any one person.The only scenario in which you would be an exception, is if you have a deadline and can pay a deadline fee, which has no flat rate but can be around $35.00 ~ $90.00 extra depending on how close of a deadline it is, if it will need to be worked on during my non-working-hours, the size of the commission, etc.

The days I typically work on commissions are Thursday or Friday.I am unavailable around 12:00 P.M. EST to 12 A.M. EST on days I do not work, and on days I work I am unavailable from 4:00 P.M. EST - 11:00 P.M. EST.I am always unavailable Wednesdays unless I decide otherwise.Due to the fact I have a job outside of commission work it can take up to a week or more for each commission to be completed. It could also take longer depending on other factors. Keep this in mind, for each queue entry, it can take a week to clear that out; so if you’re 5th in my queue, it could take 5 weeks to get to your commission.If I for whatever reason express that I need a break I require that people respect my decision to do so. I am disabled and I suffer with chronic pain every day, sometimes I am having bad days and I am unable to focus on anything much less work or a commission. Please understand I cannot control when I am struggling, and sometimes I need time off because of my disabilities.

I am not obligated to contact my commissioners outside of my queue-working days (wednesday and thursday). Please do not feel entitled to a response from me on any days except these days. I can choose to respond to you if I so desire. But I am not required to.

Regarding my refunds, I do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  1. You did not like the commission

  2. You request a refund because you have personal expenses you need to tend to (this is not my problem, and it is on you if you are lacking funds for any personal expenses after ordering a commission from me.)

  3. I do not offer a refund if you are unhappy with how long the commission took, if I have taken less than 5 months to complete it after sending a sketch of the commission and receiving payment.

  4. You request a refund without reason, I will assume this as an attempt to scam me.

I will offer refunds for the following reasons:

  1. I will offer a refund if it has taken me 5 months or more to complete your commission from the point of sending a sketch and receiving payment.

  2. If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason.

  3. I will reserve the right to personally refund your commission for any reason I see fit otherwise.

what if i need to be placed on hold?

If a client requests to be put on hold then I will oblidge to it no matter the reason.NEW!!
Unfortunately, hold times are no longer "unlimited" and I will only allow a commission to be on hold for a maximum of one month from the date it was placed on hold. This hold time can not be extended for any reason.After a period of one month your commission will be forcibly cancelled, please read more about the cancellation process by clicking the link or scrolling down to the content.If necessary, I will also forcibly place you on hold myself if you have neglected to communicate with me for atleast a week after I've sent a progress sketch of the commission/any progress point of the commission, or if I needed clarification on something before I began drawing the commission.

What happens to my placement in queue if i'm on hold?

You will still have a spot in my queue, but when you are removed from hold you will have to start from the back again instead of your original place in queue. This will always be the case if YOU request to be on hold, and will only be the case if I have to put you on hold after a week of silence.
This is to keep the peace among other clients. Its not fair to them if you are in hold for a reason that is out of your or my control, and it causes other people who have earned their place in line to not be ‘cut in front of’.It’s like if you’re waiting in line at the dmv, and someone leaves to go get their wallet from the car, then just goes right back to where they were in line. Not very fair to the people who have been waiting in line for hours.

What happens if i'm only unable to reach for a few days, and not for a full week?

If i'm only unable to reach you for a couple days but not long enough to place you on hold then it's likely I will just work around you in queue and finish the next person's commission if i'm unable to reach you, but need to/want to continue working on my queue without being restricted by any one person's inability to reach out to me.Your placement in queue will remain the same and you will still be at the top but you will be temporarily worked around so that I can keep the flow going.

What if my commission was cancelled and re-instated?

Even if you were cancelled for only 30 minutes you will be placed at the back of the line again. So keep this in mind if you intend to cancel. This is because there are scenarios where I have to force-cancel commissions due to lack of communication or other reasons in my blacklist T.O.S.. If you violate my blacklist T.O.S. you will lead to getting your commission put through the cancellation process and potentially will also be blacklisted. Though it depends on the offense and number of offenses, some offenses are less bad than the others and will not immediately lead to you being blacklisted. Please read about the cancellation process below!

Cancellation process?

Commissions that were not able to be completed for one reason or another will be cancelled by myself or by the client themselvs. The only reasons I personally should need to cancel someone by my own hand is if a client has been ghosting/non communicative and I am not respecting a reply anytime soon, or the client needs to get the funds to pay the rest of the work I have finished and I am owed for. They may also be placed here if they have violated my blacklist, as I will often either cancel the commission or finish it before blacklisting.Refunds will also undergo a similar process until I am able to refund the commission.Please keep in mind my blacklist terms. If I am not paid within the time period given by me when I issue a cancellation then you will be promptly blacklisted. The time period will be determined by me but can be discussed further (for example if the client needs more time to pay for their commission, etc)In the event I have to cancel a commission myself after the commission has already been started, If I have not been paid for the work I have done yet I will request that the commissioner pays that amount of work, AS WELL AS THE CANCELLATION FEE which the price of will be determined not by the amount of work I have done but for how much the finished commission would of costed. The full price of the commission will not be charged unless they have not paid until I've finished the commission (Which is not something I offer anyways.)All fees, including the cancellation fee and the amount of work i've done so far without compensation must be paid within 1 month of the commission's cancellation date. I allow extensions for those who get paid on a monthly basis.

* Remember:
Commissions that have undergone the cancellation process even if only in this queue for a moment will have their position in queue reset. If the commission is reinstated into my active queue they will be at the back of the line once more instead of in their original placement.
It is not fair to my other clients to have to wait for the person in front of them that was on hold for a long time to suddenly have to wait even longer because they have come out of hold or cancellation.

As a result of a growing number of cancellations and people taking my kindness for granted I have started to charge a cancellation fee for commissions that are cancelled before I am able to finish it.This applies for commissions who haven't been paid for yet, and for commissions that have been paid for as well.Please view the cost of said cancellations below.

CANCELLATION FEE

30% - 15% of commission price

Depending on how many commissions a client has ordered will slowly lower the amount of cancellation fees. The rates are as shown below:First time commissioners will be charged the full 30% fee
Second time commissioners will be charged a 25% fee
Third time commissioners will be charged a 20% fee
Fourth time commissioners and beyond will be charged a 15% feeClient loyalty is something that is highly appreciated by me, so returning clients will be rewarded as such for being returning clients.IMPORTANT: Those who purchase multiple commissions at a time will not have each seperate commission counted as their first, second, or third commissions.
If a client who has never ordered a commission from me before orders three commissions from me in one conversation, all three will be counted as their "first commissions" and will be charged the full 30% for each commission if they are all cancelled.
There must be at least a one week difference between each commission ordered in order for it to count as a "second" commission.The lowest minimum price that will be charged for cancellation is 15%.

COMMISSION T.O.S.

Some of the things that I may do with your commission include:

  • Post a commission to any one social media site
    I will allow any commissioner to opt out of their commission being posted on a social media site. However, if they do not explicitly tell me they do not want their commission posted, then I will assume that I am granted permission to do so. Typically I DO ask before posting, but in the event I do not this rule is set in place to avoid conflict.

  • Post a commission to the archives in my discord server
    This is also something that can be opted out of as well, however if I am not told, once again, I will assume I am granted permission to do so.

  • Post a commission as an example for future commissions
    This can also be opted out of, but if not specified will be taken as permission.

  • Post a commission on my Portfolio
    This is something that can NOT be opted out of UNLESS the commission is NSFW or Paraphilic in nature. If the commission is Gore, or SFW, it will be posted in my public portfolio.

ADOPTABLE/DESIGN T.O.S.

Some of the things that you may do with your adoptable purchased from me include:

  • Resell designs obtained from me...
    you may NOT resell any designs obtained from me for higher than the original purchasing point UNLESS you have added additional assets/artwork to the character when selling.

  • Resell my adoptables off of toyhou.se
    This is mostly so I can keep better track of the designs I sold, incase of any violations of my T.O.S.

  • Significantly redesign adoptables obtained from me
    Legally speaking even if the design looks nothing like the original I will still be the copyright holder of the adoptable, however, feel free to redesign them as much as you want.

  • Draw NSFW or commit any designs to NSFW
    As long as the NSFW in question is NOT one of the following: cubporn, feral nsfw, lolicon/shotacon, beastiality content, illustrated child pornographic content, or otherwise illegal fetish content

GENERAL DISCOMFORTS

  • Claim any of my designs were created by you / fail to properly credit me when posting the original artwork of the design
    Posting commissioned artwork of the design without credit to me as the creator of the design is acceptable, but when asked, please direct the questioner my way.

  • Resell/trade any NSFW characters or characters you've committed to NSFW to minors
    I would be shocked if you didn't know not to do this.

  • Use any of my designs commercially
    at this time I do NOT offer commercial rights for my commissions or for my adoptables. I still hold copyright of any commissioned artwork or designs, please keep this in mind when buying a design from me.

GENERAL COMMUNICATION T.O.S.

How can avoid being fired as a client?

If you do not want to be fired as a client then avoid being a:

  • Rude Client

  1. Calling me slurs, being disrespectful towards me or my work, being impatient and pushy for me to finish.(A gentle reminder is not pushy or impatient, I consider it pushy when someone asks me every day or of similar frequency about their commission, even if their tone is kind.)

  2. If there are multiple instances of you being rude or making rude comments towards me, or being pushy and impatient, I will blacklist you. If you repeat this offense up to 10 times you will be reminded to cool it, and if you once again are rude to me on the 11th occassion, you will be blacklisted.

  • Scammer

  1. This goes without saying, do not scam me. That is very rude and you’ll be blacklisted!

  2. You will be given a heads up that you are being blacklisted if I am able to reach out to you regarding it, and I will make this instance of scamming known publically and amongst my friends. You will not receive second chances.

  • Poor Communicator

  1. on the opposite end of the “impatient” spectrum I also have people who occassionally completely and utterly fail to communicate with me. There has been a resurgence of these people lately, and I would like to remind everyone to please communicate me throughout the commission process.** I communicate with you efficiently and throughout the commission process so i expect the same in return.** To not do so is a waste of my time and a disrespect of my work and I will assume you either do not like my work and do not want to work with me, or you intended to scam me. Anything from ghosting to improper communication leading to many artistic errors is offensive to me.

  2. Terminally poor communication will result in you being blacklisted.

  3. If this is a repeating offense you will be reminded and asked to communicate more effectively. If we have more than 10 instances of poor communication (i.e., changing your mind after affirming something looks okay, failing to tell me important details resulting in me having to redraw the commission or large parts of it, not telling me exactly what you want etc, not providing adequate references) then I will remind you again if we have another instance of this then you will be blacklisted. The 11th instance of poor communication will result in you being blacklisted.

  • Frequent Canceller

  1. If you’re someone who orders a commission from me then cancels, then orders another one and cancels, then orders another one and cancels then this can be a blacklist offense. This is a waste of my time as well. Please respect my time as I respect yours. It is not my fault if you cannot budget correctly.

  2. If you break this rule I will reach out to you and remind you after the 10th cancellation (this includes commissions ordered back to back, each seperate commission cancelled is counted as one even if they are ordered in bulk.) I will remind you of my cancellation terms. If you cancel on me an 11th time you will be blacklisted.

  • Thief

  1. If you use my art to claim it as your own, trace, fail to credit me properly or use it to train AI tools then you are a THIEF. Stealing is absolutely not tolerated here!! You will be blacklisted for this offense.

  2. If you break this rule I will reach out to you first, reminding you of my terms regarding credit. If you refuse to fix the error or let it repeat several times I will reach out to you letting you know you’ve been blacklisted.

  • Ghoster

  1. Similar to the poor communication, If you fail to communicate with me after I have requested you to do so repeatedly, and you stop messaging me - I will either consider this as disrespect or an attempt to scam me. As a result I will blacklist you.

  2. If you break this rule as well I will cancel your commission where it stands, and I will request that I am paid for the rest of my work. If I am not paid 10 days after the cancellation date you will be blacklisted for scamming and ghosting.

  • Bad Person

  1. I can blacklist you at any time if I deem you a bad person. This includes, but not limited to: Being abusive towards others, being abusive towards me, having horrific political views or views in general, being racist, being ableist, being misogynistic or misandrist, being xenophobic, being a pedophile/zoophile/etc, being a groomer, being a manipulator, and so on.

  2. If I find evidence of these behaviors I will blacklist you. I may make you aware of this, but sometimes I will not. It depends on the nature of the subject, or how I feel about it. This will be an automatic blacklist, with no exceptions or second chances.

What happens if i am fired/blacklisted?

If you manage to get blacklisted by me then your name will appear on my public blacklist. Your discord user ID will be available, as well as your current username of the time of scamming. Your social medias will also be linked in the blacklist. To prevent you from simply changing your name to get away from my blacklist, I will display your user ID to ensure that you dont try to get around it.
This blacklist is updated semi-regularly depending on the severity of the reason I will do more frequent checks on some individuals rather than others.This user ID CAN also be sent to people that I know who take commissions, and to any art servers I am currently in to make people aware of potential things such as: scamming, AI usage, tracing/art theft, rudeness.If you don’t want to be on this list or hurt your chances of ordering commissions from other people, then please respectfully follow my T.O.S.
